Starting at €280,000, you can build a house to your liking. Of course, its cost will depend on three main factors: the plot, the project plan, and the quality of the project.
The location and size of the plot vary depending on the location’s popularity. The project’s needs will determine the scale of the project: number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and extras. Finally, you can choose the quality of the materials, which can vary from medium to high, and thus the price.
We have a catalog of available locations with different price points and lifestyles. For each location, we have developed a complete study for a prototype home. This way, you can know the total cost of the investment from the very beginning.

PHASE 1: Planning
The Land
It all starts with choosing the perfect location. Think about how you want to live, and we’ll find the right place for you through our real estate partners. Define your interests: beach or mountains; golf or tennis; city or tranquility; close to schools or nightclubs, near the airport or in a remote area, etc.
Keep in mind that the land should account for between 25 and 35% of your overall budget, and that a good land purchase will leave you with more resources for the following phases.

Preliminary Project
When we find your location, we will place a refundable reservation for the land, and we will begin working on the preliminary project. These are the first sketches of the home on the selected plot. We develop plans, images, videos, and a virtual tour. At this point, we adjust the original estimated budget to the physical characteristics of the preliminary project.
By now, you’ll be excited about your new project, so we’ll formalize the land purchase and move on to the next phase.
PHASE 2: The Project
Basic Project: License Application
We then delve into the design of the home. We develop the basic project, required to apply for the building permit, and the material and interior design project. Once completed, we apply for the permit from the corresponding city council.
At the same time, we manage the preliminary land preparation work so we can calculate the structure and begin construction.
Execution Project: Design and Management
In the execution project, we define the structure, installations, materials, and finishes in detail, both technically and economically. From this document, we manage the selection and contracting of the builder.
Thanks to our extensive experience, we have a network of well-tested suppliers and professionals. We will select the companies best suited to the project, ensuring we always obtain the most reasonable price.
PHASE 3: The Construction
Control and Management
We will begin the construction with the selected contractor. At architectsMAB, we carry out intensive monitoring of our self-promotion projects for your peace of mind. Our team includes architects and building engineers for on-site supervision.
Monitoring
You will be promptly informed of the progress of the work. We will create a virtual twin of the project so you can see its status and walk through the construction site, covering details. You will also receive detailed commentary on videos and photos.
PHASE 4: Completion
Upon completion, we review the quality and finishes to see if we find anything that could be improved. We will then certify the completion of the project, paving the way for the legalization of the home and the activation of utilities. Finally, we will assist you with managing your move and furnishing the home.
