The Residential Complex
With the salt lagoon landscape as the central feature, the development adapts to the terrain, leaving one façade of the plot completely open to the views and arranging the built volumes around a spacious communal area with pool and gardens.

We achieved a profitable housing ratio while creating a high-quality shared space. The holiday-style homes feature open-plan layouts that allow flexible interior design and customization for each owner. The development also includes an underground communal car park, with pre-installation for electric chargers in every space.

The Homes
One of the interior design concepts brings indoors the peace of the surrounding natural landscape. Using colors and materials inspired by the salt lagoon, each home offers a unique interior that connects directly with the views. A through living-dining-kitchen space facing north-south is proposed, so the main shared area of the home enjoys both southern orientation and direct lagoon views. This continuous layout enhances the visual connection, making the landscape the protagonist.

With all structural supports placed on the façade perimeter, multiple layout options have been designed to meet different client needs and the preferences of the developer, Onaru.
