La vivienda se integra en la ladera, aprovechando el desnivel natural del terreno para abrirse en una sola planta hacia las vistas de la vega del río Segura.
Este edificio se sitúa en el corazón de Hondón de las Nieves, con fachadas orientación este y oeste, a dos calles peatonales con que conectan con la plaza del pueblo.
Exprimimos las posibilidades de una parcela en manzana cerrada en una zona devaludada del casco urbano de este pequeño municipio alicantino.
Diseñamos un residencial de carácter vacacional que prioriza la vida al exterior, el aprovechamiento del sol y las preciosas vistas al parque natural.
